Kidlit illustration for my interpretation of various Aesop’s Fables.

In addition to the illustration I also did the brush hand lettering shown.

I infused this piece with my love of my home city Boston, and our wonderful Boston Marathon. Snappa Kath is my little tribute to Marathonist Kathrine Switzer, the first woman to run the Boston Marathon in 1967, wearing bib number 261.
